Isoco’s music has its roots in the Zumbi tradition meaning literally ‘spirit music’, referring to its African origin. Isoco not only combines the traditional instruments the wiri, agan and triangle to make their music but they also use modern beats, filled in with raw voices in our native Papiamento, which make their music spellbinding and ritualistic.
